Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
If you wish to give someone a gift, please include their information in the shipping address at checkout. Sorry, but we’re not able to offer gift wrapping on any items.
We offer both Priority Airmail, which takes two to three weeks, and express courier (with Aramex), which may take up to 5 working days. You may choose your preferred method in the shopping cart. Customs duties, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer. If you need the book urgently, or have additional questions, please contact us.
Rimal is required by EU law to charge EU sales tax (VAT) for EU-based customers and orders only. VAT is applied to EU customers only, unless a valid VAT number is provided. International customers are not charged the VAT tax, but may be charged import duty that is the responsibility of the customer.
If you are a returning customer, you can place your new order quickly and easily by entering your login username and password without having to re-enter your personal billing or shipping information. You will be asked to place your credit card details again as our database will not store your credit cards information for your own protection.
E-books can be read on most popular reading devices, including iPad, Kindle, Nook, and Sony e-readers. On purchasing an e-book, you’ll be sent a download link that gives you access to three distinct filetypes: mobi (compatible with Kindle), epub (compatible with iPad, Nook, and most other e-readers) and PDF.
I’ve bought the book and now I don’t want it – can I return it for a refund?
No, your personal data will not be passed on to any third parties. Also, your payment/financial information will be securely saved and processed via a secure payment gateway service provider only (ie. Stripe and/or PayPal). Rimalbooks.com will not have access to your credit card details at anytime.
Returns & Refunds
Sorry, we don’t accept returns and we don’t issue refunds.
We only accept returns for exchange for the exact same item for orders damaged during shipment or with defected printing, within only 14 days of the purchase date. Unfortunately we do not issue refunds, unless the item to be replaced is out of stock or no longer available. For your protection, we recommend you return all items via registered mail for exchange. To return items from your order, please send your returns to our office address listed in our contact us page.
Be sure to include the original order number with the return. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We will exchange the item and send it to you without additional shipping cost.
For questions about a cancellation, please contact us in writing and briefly explain why you would like to cancel your order. Please include your full name, email address, order number and date.
Your request will be reviewed within 2 business days. If your order was not already shipped, we will notify you of the result by e-mail. If your order was not dispatched, your credit card will be credited with your refunded. If your order was already dispatched please read our Return and Refund Policy.
