How do I place an order on RimalBooks.com?
Ordering on RimalBooks.com is easy and safe. Once you have found the item(s) you would like to purchase, click on the "ADD TO SHOPPING CART" button to place it in your Shopping Cart. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order.
Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process, when you will be asked for your credit card information.
You may also order over the telephone.

Rimal Publications is required by EU law to charge EU sales tax (VAT) for EU-based customers and orders ONLY. VAT is applied to EU customers only, unless a valid VAT number is provided. International customers are not charged the VAT tax.

This is ideal for shipping orders to multiple addresses and sending gifts. If there are conflicting addresses, you will be contacted by us prior to processing your order.

If you are a returning customer, you can place your new order quickly and easily by entering your login username and password without having to re-enter your personal billing or shipping information. You will be asked to place your credit card details again as our database will not store your credit cards information for your own protection.

We accept credit card payments (visa, Master card and American Express) and Paypal via our online store.
Can I order by mail, fax or phone? What payment options are accepted?
Yes, customers may place orders by mail, fax and phone. We recommend that our Order Form is used. We accept credit cards (visa, Master card and American Express) and wire transfers (please contact us for bank account details). No cheques accepted. Customers are contacted via telephone or e-mail regarding any processing issues that may arise.
What is a credit card security code (CSV)?
Your Credit card security code or (CSV) is the last 3 digit code on the back of your credit card. For AMEX it is the smaller 4-digit number on the front of the card directly above your card number.
Taxes are applied to EU customers only unless a valid VAT number is provided.
Do you accept orders by fax?
Yes, we accept mail and fax orders, downloand and complete our order form and fax or email back to us.

What shipping options are available on RimalBooks.com?
We accept online orders and shipping internationally. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Rimal Books has standardized its shipping policy to ships all orders via registered priority international airmail. Express shipping (i.e. DHL, Aramex, UPS) s available upon request. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for an estimate.
Shipping and handling charges
All orders are shipped via international priority registered airmail. The shipment charges are estimated according to weight. Depending on order weight and destination, shipping charges may vary.
We do not currently provide Express Shipping (i.e. DHL, UPS...etc) on our website. However, express shipping is available upon request only. Additional fees apply. Please email us to email@example.com with you order details and we will provide you with an express shipping estimate.
Return & Refund Policy
We do accept returns for exchange for the same item for orders damaged during shipment or with defected printing. If a refund is to be issued, it may be made within only 14 days of the purchase date. For your protection, we recommend you return all items via registered mail for exchange. To return items from your order, please send your returns to our office address listed in our contact us page.
Be sure to include the original order number with the return. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once your return is received, a credit will be issued to the credit card used for payment of the original order. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
For questions about a cancellation, please contact us in writing and briefly explain why you would like to cancel your order. Please include your full name, email address, order number and date.
Your request will be reviewed within 2 business days. If your order was not already shipped, we will notify you of the result by e-mail. If your order was not dispatched, your credit card will be credited with your refunded. If your order was already dispatched please read our Return and Refund Policy.
