Sherine Ben Halim Jafar

Sherine takes us on a culinary journey in her book Under the Copper Covers.

Born in Tripoli, Libya, and grew up in London where she studied English Literature at King's College. Sherine lived in Dubai with husband and children. She passed away in 2018.
