A wonderful book!

I am very glad I purchased this book. It is definitely different from the other cookbooks, which present traditional food from the Levant region. The traditional Arab foods, which differ from country to country, unlike the modern ones, mostly do not contain animal products. And so, a vegan like me can enjoy most of the recipes in the book.
As someone who is involuntarily involved because of my place of residence in the terrible war in Gaza, I wish for all life on earth, humans and animals, to never know hunger.
I would definitely recommend the book.

This book preserves the authentic Palestinian culture and the Gaza table specifically. I enjoyed making many of the dishes.
