Mayda Freije Makdessi

Art director, graphic designer, illustrator and writer of children's books.

An art director, graphic designer, illustrator and writer of children's books, Mayda received a Master of Science degree in Communication from Pratt Institute in New York. She currently teaches various courses at the American University of Beirut (AUB) and the American University of Science & Technology (AUST).

Mayda designed several titles published by Rimal, including:
